The email address you give us to sign in, the Instagram account you choose to connect, basic usage data about how you use the site and dashboard, and any messages you send us.

To run the growth service on your account, to send you your magic sign-in link and essential service emails, to provide support, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

You connect through a secure authorization, and you can disconnect in one click at any time. We do not post, comment, or send messages from your account unless you explicitly turn that on.

Only the service providers that run our infrastructure — hosting, database and authentication, and email delivery — and only so they can operate the service on our behalf. They act as processors, not to use your data for their own purposes.

We keep your information while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@rootaudience.com.

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for sign-in and your session, plus basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used.

If we update this policy we will revise the date above. Continued use of Root Audience after a change means you accept the updated policy.
